"Ruby color with purple highlights. Intense bouquet of ripe red fruits, jam and plums. In the mouth it shows a lively character, with firm mature tannins, great complexity and a long finish. Freshness and elegance typical of Dão, combined with the very personalized character, resulting from the presence of old vines. Perfect to serve with more elaborated meat dishes such as lamb, as well as stewed or oven roasted veal. It also matches well with cheeses with a strong flavor."
