"Colour: Mahogany.
Nose: Sugared Macadamia nuts, stewed sultanas and a hint of cocoa, over a base layer of toasted coconut.
Taste: Sweet, slightly dry, and nutty. Dark chocolate-coated walnuts combine with Demerara sugar, dates and caramel, and there is a tingly note, with an undercurrent of allspice and cloves. An autumnal dram."
